Cleaner needed

Looking for a reliable cleaner for 2 hours a week here in Shiplake, preferably a Thursday or Friday morning.  Ideally, they would also be open to occasionally popping in to check on and/or let out our dog.

I have a lovely Brazillian cleaner - her name is Fran and her number is 07462 229078.  Not sure if she would be able to do dog duty as I think she is just a cleaner.
