Thames Farm - New Evidence
Taylor Wimpey has submitted some new evidence on CO2 emissions by way of an addendum and updating of the Environmental Statement. They are therefore required to re-consult, which they are now doing. This means that there is a further opportunity to make representations, and the closing date for this is 13 April.
The notification/ link for this consultation can be found here

Barry,
The notice that I provided the link to says you can send representations to the address provided in relation to the application. It does not distinguish between the addendum and the whole application.
It also asks for any responses to be headed up with the PINS Appeal reference details.
I think therefore you can slice and dice whichever way you want to, and the Inspector will take your comments into account when making a decision.

Is the "further opportunity to comment" for those who have not already commented, or is everyone required to comment on this new addendum?
