Planning Hearing - 25 Houses, New Road

The hearing for P25/S0195/O will be taking place on 11th March 2026 at the Fountain Conference Centre, Howbery Park, Wallingford OX10 8BA. It begins at 10:00am.  This hearing is open to the public.

For those who made comments on the appeal on the Planning Inspectorate website, you may want to confirm that these are showing against the appeal, and if they are not perhaps you could query this with the Inspectorate, and if possible let the New Road residents group know so we can coordinate help on this.

Just to say, that I will be going and would offer a lift, but I will be in Wallingford before 9, so probably a bit early for most, but can offer lifts home if that helps anyone.

Yes, the residents group will be going and speaking. The room will only hold 30 people so not sure if all who want to attend will get in, but I think anyone who wants to go should. The PC will be attending and I presume our SODC/OCC councillor will too. I do not represent the residents group, (although I am a member) and I think there is an email address on the forum somewhere if anyone wants to liaise directly with them. If I had it to hand I would add it here.
