You CAN stop cats killing birds in gardens!

Although I have a very efficient but expensive RSPB bird scarer in my garden I really need several more to make my entire garden area totally safe for the 26 species of birds now visiting my feeders so I still get cat casulaties in my garden.  On Friday I had to take yet another dying bird to the vets, savaged by a cat, a beautiful rock dove.  You can buy cat collars which greatly the reduce the number of birds caught by cats, they are designed to 'break away' under stress so your cat is perfectly safe, they are inexpensive, they are very attractive and they also make your cat far more visible to car drivers!
