Road closed signs

My husband has just seen Highways putting out some 'road closed' signs from Playhatch roundabout and along the road (towards Shiplake) - is there any info on this as it could affect travel/route options tomorrow.

It is indeed all about the Henley road closure and frankly pretty irritating to be putting signs up at the Playhatch roundabout, the Binfiled Heath turning, etc.  when not only can you get all the way thourgh to Tesco's, as of last night you could also bypass the road closure just by Mill Lane.  totally unneccessary and causing people a headache i am sure.

It may be (diversion) information about the roadworks happening in Henley each late evening - nighttime this week as they resurface from Tesco's to the Harpsden Road roundabout.

ShiplakePC hasn't been made aware of other planned road closures
