Please warn of fireworks

It would be really great if people would warn neighbours when they are going to be doing fireworks to give us a chance to prepare our pets. Maybe I missed it if those that just fired were announced anywhere, but this seems like the ideal place to do so and I can't see anything here! Thanks.

Totally support Ashley's plea. We do have calming medication to use in advance, if warned. Our pet  became so distressed, shivering and shaking so much . She had to be restrained and comforted for an hour.

Yes, our dog was very distressed. Inconsiderate and unnecessary.

I would like to second that, Ashley.  The young dog we are presently looking after was quite distressed last evening.
