Thames Farm - Appeal

Just to let everyone know, Taylor Wimpey have notified SODC of their intention to Appeal the 3 Planning Applications turned down last week by the Council.

Morning everyone.

Just to let you know that Taylor Wimpey has now formally submitted an appeal against the refusals to grant Planning consent by SODC regarding the 3 Planning Applications for Groundwork's, Drainage Strategy and a new layout of 84 dwellings - reduced in order to create space for a very large detention pond for surface water.

A more detailed article will be appearing on the TFAG pages of this website shortly, explaining what TFAG and the local councils are doing in response and how residents can help.

Not a surprise! What I will be is surprised if they address the risks identified in their refused application.  Well done TFAG, keep going.
