Morning all! Just a quick update regarding the above! We objected when we heard that the EA were withdrawing their objection to the latest Planning Applications. The EA were saying that the matter could be dealt with subsequently by conditions. This was quite weird given that these applications were in response to extant conditions anyway. SODC agreed with TFAG and in turn the EA has reinstated its objections. There are now 6 further amendment applications in with SODC, and out for public consultation. 
TFAG will provide some guidance for residents, once we have digested what exactly these documents contain/purport to do.
