There is a bewildering array of documentation relating to this redevelopment, but if you want to see CGI images what it would look like, I would guide you to the 'Design and Access Statement Part 7' under 'Supporting Documentation'. Plans can be seen on on pages 52 to 54 of the 'Design and Access Statement Part 6'.

Yes, a lot of information there, some of it clearly cut and pasted from other applications for other projects. See Design & Access Statement Part 8, page 3:: "The site is in an accessible location. Nearby bus services operate from Ardleigh Green Road and Slewins Lane. Gidea Park train station is a twenty minute walk from the site." Good to know that they have been diligent in assessing the impact on the village!

Let your parish councillors know your views and/or come to the Shiplake planning meeting on Monday at the memorial hall at 7pm, so the parish council takes your views into account when responding to the planning application.
