Thames Farm - 3 New Planning Applications

There are 3 new Applications in as at the end of the week.

TFAG are reviewing these and will provide guidance in the near future.

Essentially they are a change of density down to 84 units from 95, some larger units to compensate, the construction of huge both concrete and also open storage areas for surface water run off, the introduction of on site infiltration to deal with the surface water, an attempt at producing a Environmental Impact Assessment for the Groundworks, seeking consent to the groundworks, and a number of smaller items to bring the Applications up to date with the new plans and proposals. They also show the proposals for pumped foul drainage to connect into the Station Road sewer and for its upgrading to increase its capacity.
