Stop Thames Farm

A number of local residents may benefit from holding a restrictive covenant over Thames Farm which has recently come to light. The covenant was imposed some years ago by previous owners in order to prevent over development in the area, which of course the owner/developer is now trying to flout. The covenant was imposed by the Bolney Estate to guard the future development of that Estate. Anyone in the area who's title originates from the Bolney Estate may be affected. Check deeds/contact me.
