Breaking News - Thames Farm
I am pleased to be able to anounce that Taylor Wimpeys Appeal against SODC's refusal to grant a LDC in respect of the proposed grouting and ground stabilisation works has been dismissed by the Governments Appointed Planning Inspector.
The Notice can be seen here Appeal-Decision (shiplakevillages.com).
This is a major victory for common sense, and means that assuming no challenge is submitted for a Judicial Review, then Taylor Wimpey will need to make a fresh full Planning Application for those works.

Thank you everyone for your kind words, very much appreciated There will be an update posted on the web site and also to our database of supporters in the next day or so which will identify what we believe are Taylor Wimpey’s options looking forwards. Peter @ TFAG
