Cherryton development on Station Road

The property was sold recently and  extensive garden clearance is taking place.  Concerns have arisen regarding the trees on the plot and adjacent footpaths and verges of Station Road and Northfield Avenue. FYI - there are 2 TPO's on the property and 4 on  the verge leading into Northfield Avenue. The contractors are aware and are currently clearing the site and trimming the hedges on site and along Station Road. They have been asked not to park on the Station Road pavement, not least for aspects of safety for residents/visitors and access for vehicles to the village. A planning application will be submitted for the property.
