Former Wyevale Site Reading Road

Residents may be aware of the recent submission of a number of Planning Applications made on behalf of the developer owner of this site in order to seek approval to the issues that remain outstanding from the outline stage of this planning permission. This includes matters such as surface water drainage, piling proposals and ground water source protection. TFAG has asked JBA to report on these applications in order to high light any issues of concern. When their report is available we will as previously post this information and any submission made to SODC on this website. I expect feedback in the next 2 weeks or so.
