Only 3 days left before Consultation Closes!!!

The NP Committee hopes the suggestions made via the Forum have been helpful in understanding the plan and its associated documents... the reasons why we need it, with policies reflecting the views of residents, whilst satisfying  National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and SODC's Local Plan requirements. The views and requirements of specified statutory consultees including neighbouring councils, utility providers, Chiltern Conservation Board etc have been appreciated and taken account of.

Property developers/land owners/agents acting on their behalf registered objections during Shiplake's Consultation last year, which we have considered along with all other comments received. The plan and associated documents submitted for this Consultation addresses those comments and objections in meeting the 'Basic Conditions' required for approval of a neighbourhood plan.

THE NEXT STAGE ...is the appointment of an Examiner to gain aproval of the plan. More about this shortly and how the plan becomes part of the SODC planning system.
