Garden Waste

Garden waste was not collected yesterday from Bolney Road.  Was this the case in other parts of Shiplake, asnd does anyone know why?

I talked to Biffa late yesterday (Friday) afternoon as no collection for Lashbrook Road. Possibility they might collect today (Saturday) which did not happen so no collection until next scheduled date for garden waste and will take an additional bag of garden waste if left next to the bin. Staff shortages apparently the issue.

Mine is still not emptied! Having not collected any of the garden waste at Mill Rd/New Rd bin gathering on Wednesday 14th, when I came home from work on Thursday 15th evening I found they had emptied all the other bins grouped together but somehow missed mine. They have ignored my email so I will have to phone them am Monday. I need mine emptied before next weekend.

I have just contacted Biffa directly and they are running behind due to Covid related staff shortages. They say they'll collect during today the 15th(or failing that, first thing tomorrow) and suggest just leaving the brown bins out.
