Thames Farm Letter from Adrian Duffield

Good evening all!

TFAG met this evening to discuss a response/reaction to the letter that was sent to some residents by Adrian Duffield of SODC Planning on 7 May.

We are trying to establish how widely the letter was circulated. Whether it went to the whole village, just to residents whom had objected to the development, or some other cohort of SODC's mailing data.

Please could you let me know if you did or did not receive the letter. It is reproduced here for those not sure what I am talking about.

Hi Peter I also received the letter as an attachment to an email from Adrian Duffield’s Business Support Officer, Nandini Srirathan. My husband, Bill, however, did not receive the email. Hope this helps Rosemary Pitkeathley

Hi Peter - I received this letter via Taylor Wimpey who seemed to have an advance copy? Not sure how the letter helps but it does seem to be trying to distance SODC from any culpability. Christopher Laing
