I received a direct response to the above which did not have any contact details :- Hi Peter, Firstly, thank you for all your work on this. I would ask SODC, if necessary, under FOI, whether they knew about the aquifer problems and the restrictions and constraints that they would legally impose on them prior to giving outline planning (if not, why not). I would ask the same question to TW. best Anthony
