Lashbrook - who maintains it?

The Taylor Wimpey current drainage plan for Thames Farm is dependent on discharging runoff into the Lashbrook.  However I note from the circular to all residents from TW that they are exploring a number of alternatives.

I do not believe that the Lashbrook is part of the 'main river' as defined by the Environment Agency and as such is not maintained by EA.  Maintenance is to be undertaken by the land owners on whose land the Lashbrook flows.  Do we have any idea how many landowners own land crossed by the Lashbrook and who they are?

This would mean that the TW plan to discharge runoff into an ill maintained watercourse - an additional cause for objection?
